WHAT: P. Terry’s Burger Stand unveiled a new Hatch Chile Bacon Burger, available at all P. Terry’s Burger Stand locations for a limited time. The Hatch Chile Bacon Burger is the first new beef burger P. Terry’s has introduced since the restaurant’s inception in 2005, and will be available during the fall beginning September 28, 2020 for $5.25 for the sandwich or $9.00 for a combo.

Available during the peak of the coveted Hatch chile season, P. Terry’s Hatch Chile Bacon Burger offers the perfect balance of sweet and smoky flavors, and features the concept’s all-natural fresh-never-frozen black Angus beef patties, crispy bacon, pepper jack cheese, and grilled onions. Each burger will be topped with a savory-sweet Hatch chile garlic mayo made with a unique blend of roasted Hatch green chiles, roasted garlic oil (canola oil), lime juice, cumin, salt, pepper, and honey.
