No – Our white and whole wheat buns, specially made just for us by Mrs. Baird’s, contain gluten. While we’d love to add a gluten-free bun to the menu, we’ve yet to find a product that meets our needs. For one, most quality GF buns require cold storage to keep, and we’ve never used freezers in our kitchens, and don’t plan on it.
But we do offer a work-around—if you bring your own GF bun with you to the store, our team will happily use it to make you a burger. We only ask that you alert management if you have a medical intolerance to gluten, so that proper precautions can be taken to prevent cross-contamination. Or, we can always prepare you a lettuce wrap.
