After more than 10 years in business, we're still confident that we have the highest quality beef served out of a drive-thru window. Since the beginning, we’ve served all-natural, never frozen Black Angus beef. It’s 100% hormone-free, antibiotic-free, and vegetarian fed. It’s also a 'never-ever' product, which means that the cattle we use are free of hormones and antibiotics from birth. All beef must be free of hormones and antibiotics before its processed, but most suppliers fulfill this requirement only after the cow has matured. “Never-Ever” means it’s a higher quality (and tastier) product. We were the first restaurant in Austin to serve all-natural ‘never-ever’ beef, maybe the first drive-thru burger stand to serve it anywhere. Since we share a beef supplier with Whole Foods Market, our beef is rated Step-1 in the Global Animal Partnership's 5-step rating system. This means our cattle source is crowding-free, and fulfills other comprehensive requirements for certification.
