We then bread the bites using buttermilk and panko breadcrumbs before being delivered to our stands daily. Then we make it to perfection, only after you order it.

French Fries
We use only all-natural Idaho Potatoes for our french fries.
Grown on a family farm, enriched with organic compost, we think there is no better tasting potato. Because we want to serve a natural product, not frozen fries or genetically modified potatoes (like most restaurants), our french fries are not always the same. We hand-cut our fries moments before you order them, cook them in canola oil so there are no trans fats, hydrogenated oils, or added flavoring. All you taste is the potato like it was intended to taste, like a real potato.

Banana Bread
Our recipe is from an old friend.
It’s made fresh every morning in our kitchen and contains no preservatives. We use whole wheat flour and eight bananas in every loaf.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
One day a customer from our North Lamar stand calls and says she has a better cookie recipe than the one we’re serving. She was right, and now we serve her cookie. It’s an all butter oatmeal chocolate chip recipe with a hint of Mexican vanilla and sea salt. Crispy on the edges and chewy in the middle. Fresh-baked in our central kitchen, then delivered to stands daily.

Great flavors like traditional vanilla, strawberry and double chocolate along with not so traditional flavors, caramel, root beer and Oreo, round out a great meal. We also feature monthly specialty shakes from Nutella to Pumpkin Pie, for a limited time, throughout the year.

Any special shake flavors prepared with common allergens are prepared using dedicated mixers to prevent cross-contamination.
Lemonade
We use a simple recipe. We mix fresh-squeezed lemon juice with sugar and water.

Cafe Olé by HEB, organic medium roast coffee.
Organic medium roast coffee from high quality Arabica beans harvested from legendary coffee-growing regions throughout the world. Brewed in-house daily from fresh coffee grounds.
