No space for our catering truck? Our burger bar is the perfect solution. Our burger bar is a fully staffed ‘buffet-style’ P. Terry’s experience, allowing each guest to come up with their perfect order! Burgers are prepared ahead of time and built-to-order by our crew at your event and served with chips.

They’re not wrong when they say you can’t spell party without PT! Our Austin Catering Truck is a P. Terry’s experience like no other. Our fully staffed food truck will come onsite to your event, serving up all natural burgers and fries, made-to-order.

Catering Truck Pricing
  • Minimum $800 to book (includes $50 setup fee).
  • Meals are $12 each plus tax. Meal includes any style burger and fries.
  • Booking customer is financially responsible for all meals requested.
Payment & Extra Charges
  • No deposit required.
  • Reservation form includes area for credit card information.
  • Payment will be due at the event via credit card.
  • Final number of meals is required 7 days before events.
  • If a site visit prior to booking is required, the charge is $25.00.
  • Any additional hours (over 2) are charged at $50/hr. plus tax.
  • Trip charges may apply if over 30 miles of travel. Must be within 60 miles of 78758 or 78229 zip codes.
  • Cancellation Policy: must cancel 14 days prior to event.
Catering Truck Accessibility Requirements
  • Our truck is 28 feet long, 12 feet wide, 14 feet high with generator and propane on board.
  • A 14-foot-high clearance is needed.
  • The site must be stable and level, preferably paved or concrete surface. No low hanging tree limbs, no sharp turns or steep/narrow roadways getting to or at the site.
  • Customers must obtain any street/event permits or building management approvals required for service.
  • Before booking, we must have confirmation from customer that these requirements can be met.
  • P. Terry’s is NOT responsible for any property damage.
  • Truck manager’s discretion will determine whether we can pull into certain areas – even if directed by customer to do so.
Catering Truck Service Details & Requirements
  • One hour of set up and two hours of service are included in meal price.
  • If service goes beyond two hours, the extra charge is $50 + tax per hour.
  • Burgers & fries are prepared on the truck and served in bags or clamshell containers.
  • When burgers are made to order, we can serve about 100-150 meals per hour.
Is there a minimum or maximum order?

$750 plus the $50 set up and tear down fee for both the Burger Bar and the Catering Truck.

How much are meals?

Meals are $12 each and include one burger, and fries or chips.

Is there a deposit required?

There is not!

Is there a trip charge?

If further than 30 miles out from either zip code 78758 in Austin, a trip fee will apply based on distance. We do not travel further than 70 miles out.

What are the requirements for the Burger Bar?

To run our Burger Bar, we will need an electrical outlet, basic 3 prong like you find in homes, for the hot box. We can bring extension cords up to 200 feet. We will need ample room to set up the Burger Bar in your event space. If the event is outdoors, we will provide two 10×10 tent canopies.
