How it Works

Book a Spirit Night with P. Terry’s.
Invite your supporters to participate.
Visit the host location during the event.
Receive 15% of qualifying sales.

Greek Life

Eligibility Requirements:

School-affiliated organizations near a stand are eligible. Political & religion-based organizations do not qualify. All requests are subject to approval.

Availability:

Organizations are eligible for up to two events per calendar year.

It’s this easy!

Step 1

Fill out the form below and we will contact you regarding your request. Note that we require a minimum of three weeks’ notice.

Step 2

Promote your event! Organizations are responsible for promoting their own Spirit Night, and stronger promotion typically leads to larger donations through increased awareness and sales.

To help, we will provide a flyer template that your organization can personalize and share digitally or print for distribution.

Step 3

Attend the event and enjoy the night with your supporters!

For purchases to count toward your fundraiser, supporters must either:

Show a physical Spirit Night flyer

Show a screenshot of the event information

Tell the order-taker they are there for the Spirit Night

Step 4

Following the event, our accounting team will calculate qualifying sales made between 4–10 PM and donate 15% of group sales back to your organization.

Because we host many Spirit Nights throughout the year, we kindly ask that groups do not individually request donation totals. Donation information will be included with payment.

If your group earns a donation, a check will be mailed to the requested mailing address. Checks must be deposited within 90 days of issuance.
