December 10, 2025, Austin, TX — P. Terry’s Burger Stand is proud to announce its final Giving Back Day of 2025, continuing a longstanding tradition in which 100% of profits from all stands are donated to local non-profit organizations working to strengthen the communities we serve. This quarter’s Giving Back Day will be held on Saturday, December 13th, with proceeds supporting three regional partners across Texas.
In the Austin area, funds will support the Austin-American Statesman’s Season for Caring, an annual campaign providing essential assistance to Central Texas families facing hardship. In San Antonio, donations will go to SJRC Texas, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting youth in the foster care system. In the Houston area, proceeds will benefit SEARCH Homeless Services, which seeks to deliver lasting solutions to those who face homelessness in Houston.
“Our mission has always been bigger than the food we serve,” said Kathy Terry, co-founder of P. Terry’s Burger Stand. “Giving Back Day allows us to channel the support of our guests directly into organizations doing critical work in each of our communities. It’s our way of saying thank you – and ensuring that every meal purchased helps someone who needs it.”
Since launching Giving Back Days in 2005, P. Terry’s has donated more than $2.4 million to Texas nonprofits. The initiative remains a cornerstone of the brand’s commitment to community, rooted in the belief that success is meant to be shared.
