ABC Austin: P. Terry’s moves to employee ownership model

In June, P. Terry’s Burger Stand announced its transition to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). Alongside the trust, the Texas burger chain also introduced a company-wide profit-sharing program, allowing eligible employees with more than two years of service to share in the company’s long-term success.
