On Monday, April 7th, we opened our second Houston-area location in the town of Spring, TX! It was an exciting day that began with serving our first guests when the stand opened at 7 AM and wrapped up after a busy day at midnight.
During the day, the stand was visited by Patrick Terry himself, along with members of the home office staff. Adding to the excitement, many guests were sporting Houston Cougars gear as the basketball team faced off against the Florida Gators in the NCAA championship game.
However, nothing was more exciting than getting to meet the community. Throughout the day, we heard countless stories of previous trips to P. Terry’s locations in Austin and how thrilled guests were to have one closer to home. From visits by bicycle to cars full of eager fans, the Gleannloch Farms opening was certainly one to remember.
It’s no surprise the opening was a success. Since 2005, we have been known for serving all-natural, made-to-order burgers with no added hormones or antibiotics. Our 100% Black Angus beef delivers high-quality flavor you can taste, and we top it off with fries made from world-famous Idaho Burbank potatoes. Paired with prices that are affordable for any burger lover, it’s easy to see why so many people showed up.
Later this year, we’ll open our third Houston-area location in the Aliana development in Richmond, TX. This drive-thru-only location is expected to start serving P. Terry’s famous burgers, fries, and shakes in the late summer or early fall.
