How it Works
Effective January 1st, 2026:
For qualifying schools and school/youth-related organizations that are looking to raise money, P. Terry’s will donate 15% of group sales made from 4-10pm (includes both dine-in & drive-thru orders) on the day of the event at the host location!
For purchases to count towards your fundraiser, your supporters must a) show a physical fundraiser flyer, b) show a screenshot of the event info, or c) mention the group’s name to the order-taker.
To qualify, the organization must be associated with a school and be located near a location. Political & religion-based organizations do not qualify. Additionally, P. Terry’s reserves the right to decline any request.
Spirit Nights are subject to availability, and booking far in advance is recommended. Furthermore, an organization is allowed a maximum of two events per calendar year. Lastly, Spirit Nights are only conducted on Monday or Tuesday nights, and P. Terry’s is not responsible for promoting the event.

Step 1
Fill out the form below and we will contact you regarding your request. Note that we require a minimum of three weeks’ notice.
Step 2
Your organization will be responsible for promoting the event. The better promotion of the event, the larger the donation will be, thanks to increased awareness and sales.
To assist, we will provide a flyer template that can be shared and printed off, however we strongly recommend going a step further to promote the Spirit Night to your community.
Step 3
Effective January 1st, 2026:
Attend the event! We will be excited to see your organization and all its supporters.

Effective January 1st, 2026:
Following the event, our accounting team will calculate the group’s sales from 4-10pm, donating 15% of your group’s sales to the organization.
Because we host many Spirit Nights across all our locations, we kindly ask that groups not reach out individually with questions about their donation totals. This information will be included with payment and helps us stay organized while continuing to support more community groups efficiently.
